INTRODUCTION:

Today we go over our 2nd formation of the year on defense, 3-4 Bear. With this unique front on defense it allows us to take advantage of some of the meta things this year. Screaming edge heat, great run defense, and usering a safety! While Bear fronts do have some downside we explain that all to you on how to mask the weaknesses and turn them into strengths!
